How are 'opens' tracked?

We track email 'opens' through a sophisticated hidden tracking beacon embedded in each email you send out.

As soon as someone opens your email and downloads the pictures/images, the open is recorded.

Our tracking beacon system will be able to tell you who opened your email, the date they opened it and the time they opened it.

Depending on the email program, the tracking beacon may even be able to tell you if the same person has opened your email more than once. Some email programs cache the beacon, so only the first open is recorded while others will trigger it every time.


Where do I go to see my opens reports?

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to Reports and select Email Analytics.
  2. At the bottom of the page under the title "Email Analytics", select Campaign Name.
  3. On top of the page, there will be five options, select your desired report (Total Opens, Unique Opens and Not Opened) from the Opens drop down menu.
