How do I Send an Email?

If you don’t already have an email created:

  1. Click the Emails tab on the navigation menu and then select New Email

  2. Name your email and select your email type

  3. Choose your Layout

  4. Edit your email settings

  5. Choose your theme

  6. Edit your email's content

  7. Choose group(s) to send your email to.

  8. Select your scheduling options:

    1. Save email as Draft
    2. Send As Soon As Possible
    3. Schedule sending for a specific Time and Date

 

If your email has already been created:

  1. Click the Emails tab on the navigation menu and then select My Emails



  2. Highlight the email you wish to send and select the Schedule icon



  3. On the Email Status & Schedule page, select Edit Groups under Email Summary



  4. Select the groups you wish to send your email to and click Save



  5. Choose your scheduling options:
    1. Save email as Draft
    2. Send As Soon As Possible
    3. Schedule sending for a specific Time and Date
