How do I send a Confirmation Email?
Posted by Justin Olch on 20 October 2010 01:30 PM

You can send a confirmation email to any of your contacts that are not yet confirmed. Once they confirm, their status will change to "active – confirmed" which is the best type of status.

You can send each unconfirmed contact a confirmation email one time every 365 days. This is to prevent accidentally annoying your contacts while requesting confirmation.

  1. Select Contacts from the navigation menu and go to Confirm Contacts.

  2. Choose which Interest Group(s) to send the Confirmation Email. You are able to select and send to one or multiple groups at a time and then click Next.

Note: For each interest group listed, you will see the number of unconfirmed and confirmed contacts as well as the total amount of contacts for each group.

  1. The Request Confirmation screen will now list all of the groups you are sending the Confirmation Email to and how many contacts are being emailed. After verifying the information, click Next.

  2. On the Confirmation Email Preview, you will be able to review your confirmation email before sending it off. To finalize the send, click Send Email Now.
