When a contact clicks the “Update Profile” link in one of your emails they will arrive at the Update Profile Form to review & change their information. After saving their changes, they will be shown the Profile Updated screen that you can customize by following the steps below.
- Select Emails on the left navigation menu, go to Auto-Response and click on Profile Updated.
- On the editor page, you can customize your profile updated email by selecting the Design tab. You have the ability to customize the colors, font and button of your profile updated email.
- To edit the content of your profile updated email, hover your cursor over your desired text/image box and click on the Edit icon (Pencil Icon). Once you are done editing your text/image box, click on Update and you can click on Save & Closeto save the changes.
- When you are happy with your overall profile updated email, don’t forget to click on Finish!
Note: While making changes, you can click Preview to see what the email currently looks like.
