How do I Unblock a Contact?

If you have previously placed a contact on your "Do Not Mail" list, but now want to reactivate or unblock them, you can follow the process below.

Important: You should only unblock a contact who has expressly requested to be put back on your mailing list.

  1. Select Contacts tab from the navigation menu and click Search.



  2. In the Search For field, enter first, last name or email and adjust the Search In drop-down menu accordingly.(Example: Select "email" if you want to search by entering the contact's email address.)

  3. Click the Search button.


    Note: Click Show Advanced Options to narrow down the search by changing the Status, Filter or Within drop down menu.

  4. On the search results screen, click on the email that appears.

  5. Select Activate Contact on the top right corner of the page.


Tip: Make sure your newly activated contact is in the proper interest groups.
