Knowledgebase: Block Contacts
What do I do if Someone Asks to be Removed or Unsubscribed from my Mailing List?

If someone asks to be unsubscribed or removed from your mailing list, you will need to add them to the Do Not Mail list.

This will block that contact from being sent any future emails and also prevent them from being re-added to your account in the future. This way you don’t have to worry about accidentally re-adding them.

For more information on how to add a contact to the Do No Mail list, click here.

Tip: If someone asks to be removed, it is industry best practices (and to comply with email laws) to add them to your Do Not Mail list as quickly as possible.
