What Happens if I Add a Duplicate Email Address?
Posted by Justin Olch on 18 October 2010 03:15 PM

Each email address can only be in an interest group once.

The system will detect if you are attempting to add a duplicate email address into an interest group, and will automatically ignore that contact during the addition process.

This means you never have to worry about manually filtering out duplicates before adding contacts to your account. In addition, it means you will never send the same email to the same contact accidentally because they were added twice.

After adding new contacts, you can go to CONTACTS > ACTIVITY REPORT for a detailed report that will show you if any duplicates were detected.
